PID is invalid

Okay! Here is the problem once more: I have recently upgraded to Windows XP Pro and I am again having the pdf problem. When I go into RRW9 and select a report to print, I do not have the option of "R&R PDF Export". Then when I exit the report, I get the windows error message that the system is closing R&R because it experienced a probelm. If I push the "Debug" push button, I get the message "PID invalid". I^m not sure what the Primary ID has to do with select the R&R PDF Export, but that is what it states.____I tired installing the AMYuni PDF Converter demo. This allows me to send the report to a pdf file with demo across the page. However, once I exit the R&R Generator, I get the same error message.____Any suggestions?

I am on a single PC that is hooked up to a DSL line. There are no other computers. Is there a setting somewhere that I should be changing?
