Program crashes using print preview

Hi,____I^ve installed Arpeggio version 2.0 Report Writer on a Windows 2000 Professional machine. I^ve followed the install instructions to the T and can run the program however, when I pull up a report and try going to "File", and then "Print Preview", I get a crash error and the program closes itself. Any clues??____Thanks,__Arthur

Kathleen,____That was a really good suggestion. I thought maybe since my PC is on the network that Arpeggio did not like a network printer so I installed a local printer on the LPT1 port in the back of the PC and it still did not work. ____I received the following message:____"An application error has occurred in the program"__ RSW.exe__"Crash Information will be saved to the file Notes.RIP in c:
otes"__"Please report this crash to the vendor of the faulting appplication"____I looked in the Notes.RIP file and saw nothing of value to me. So my original problem remains. I^m running Arpeggio 2.0 report writer on Windows 2000 Professional and cannot get the "print preview" option to work, the program just crashes. Any help??
