Runtime - Application

We are beta testing a new application which uses the runtime (rrwrun.exe 12.5.1.0). Some installations have printing issues ("an unexpected error has occurred ...). Another oddity is that when two copies of a 2-column report are selected the second copy is spread across two pages (have pdf example).____Suggestions?____Randall
