Error when Printing

Hello,____I am getting an error on only 2 of my users PC^s. When they try to print to an HP laserjet 1320. The error seems to be generated by R&R works.

How is the report being called? Have you set any values for RI_WPTR or RI_PORT?____Kathleen__R&R Support

It is happening when using Run Time.

We get the same error in Version 10.____R&R Report Viewer, Xbase Edition __Error signature__AppName: rrwrun.exe AppVer: 10.0.12.0 ModName: winspool.drv__ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00013670 ____I tried "renaming the file CDINTF.DLL to CDINTF.OLD that may be in your R&R program folder or your windowssystem32 folder. __This will disable the R&R PDF printer driver and should eliminate the error you are seeing", but didn^t fix it. ____R&R is not installed on these PCs, just the RunTime.____Any other ideas?
