Max Width in RR_FILTER 1024 chr

Max Width in RR_FILTER 1024 chr

Hi____I have a report with a big query in my application__and I put this in the RI_FILTER.__ __In the new version 11 (xBase), I have increased it __from 254 to 386, and I had the following error____"INVALID VALUE IN RI_ALIAS4"____I decided to put it back to 254 and it works,__so is it really 254 or 1024 the limit??____In the help file it say the limit is 1024 chr __for RI_FILTER, but ios not working.____Thanks in advance____Jose Zouain

Yes I am using DBF control table, it does not __say if is dbf or ASCII control table in the help file.____Thanks in advance____Jose
