miss file

I change a new computer and install the RRW software onto this new computer.____After installation, when I run Report Designer, it say "cannot read user file rrw.lic".____What should I do?____Please help !!

Make sure that the user has write privileges to RRW.LIC.____Kathleen__R&R Support
