Ver 9.0 Very slow to open in XP

New problem. Not sure if there is a conflict with other software (skype, chrome, etc.) that causes R&R to file/open very slowly. Sometimes I have to open another instance of R&R to get it to work. Then, when it works, the other instance will kick in and ask me if I want to open a read/only version of the file I^m working with.

I am having a similar issue but can^t seem to find any answers.__When I just try to open the application it takes 12-15 seconds to load. Sometimes, if another session is up and running, the next session open immediately. When running hundreds of reports in a day this is a serious time issue.
