General Print Spooler Error

I have just installed R&R Version 9 and am having problems with printing. When I click the print button to print a report, I am getting an error - General Print Spooler Error. I am running R&R under Windows 98, attached to a Novell Netware network. My default printer is set up in Print Manager as a network print, and this works fine with all my other software, just not in R&R. Sometimes it works if I choose Print Preview, and print from there, but that doesn^t work all the time.____Anyone else having this problem? Any information will be greatly appreciated!__

You might want to check in your settings for printers and see if there is a printer R&R PDF PRINTER. If there is, delete it and reboot your system. The R&R PDF PRINTER appears whenever you create an RTF export report. There is a new RRPD.DLL that corrects this, but I do not know if it is out yet.____Tom Freitas
