faxing via Castelle driver

When trying to fax via a Castelle driver this error is returned:____ Citrix ICA remote job to lpt1: __ device not ready____It^s as if RR does not recognize fax1 as a viable device and defaults to lpt1 which is not available.____This works fine (printing to Castelle fax driver) from any other app.____Any ideas. Is this a known problem? Is there a workaround?____-Jeannie

When I tried to make the Castelle fax the default printer, RR returned error:__ problem retrieving printer____and aborted.____-Jeannie

more info:____If I have a local printer available and choose the Castelle driver,__RR prints to the local printer. Simply does not recognize Castelle as a printer.____-Jeannie
