PDF and Viewer DLL

Hello____What must I set, to print PDF-Files over the Viewer DLL?____What must I set for:__ RI_WPTR__ SetOuputDest()__????____Thanks__Thomas__

You would set the printer to R&R PDF Export and the output file name to your .PDF file.____Kathleen__R&R Support

hello kathleen____Thanks for your answer... but i did not run!!!____I set the RI_WPTR via the setPrinter()-function and the RI_OUTFILE via the setOutputFile()-function. Then, when I run the R+R via the execRuntime()-function I get an error like:____ Cannot match printer or port in control file____Can you help me?____Tanks__Thomas

I have just discovered that it indeed is a bug and does not work.__If you try to use the PDF driver via either the OCX or DLL interface, we are checking for the printer list prior to calling RRWRUN.EXE which actually creates the driver at runtime.____The workaround until we fix this is to call RRWRUN.EXE directly with either a TXT or DBF control file.______Kathleen__R&R Support
