Error Opening Data Dictionary

I get the following message when using the wizard to create a report:__"Error opening report dictionary ^C:program files rver10 ldictfld^(3274)"__I have just installed v10 after uninstalling v9.____The dictfld.dbf IS in the RL subdir and can be opened with Vis Fox but not Win Fox 2.6. ____What can I do to correct this and be able to continue using the data dictionary?____Thanks.____________
