RRWRUN and PRINTER under TSE/CITRIX

Hello,____I use R&R for XBASE v8.1 and the runtime RRWRUN works fine when we load it on the network, choising printer OK.__But now some of my users works with TSE / CITRIX and we have problems to print the reports.__We can select the printer on CITRIX but we cannot print any report : we have error message : R&R Xbase - "Unable to start print job".____Thank you for your help,____Bruno

Try setting RI_WPTR to DEFAULT rather than allowing the user to select from the menu. This might help.____Kathleen__R&R Support
