R&R 10

When I get the error message "Error retreiving printer information", the printers are all gone from report writer, but they are on the start menu settings printers. ____This happens for both PDF Export and printers. ____I can supply screen prints if needed to understand issue.______Thanks__ __

Does the same thing happen for newly created reports?__What operating system and how many installed printers are available?__Does it make any difference if you change your default printer?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks for the reply,____Yes it does happen with new reports as well, we just upgraded to R&R10 over the past month. His operating system is Windows ME, he has about 4 printers to choose from. We tried changing the default several times.

I just tried an ME machine and V10 and was able to print successfully.__Try unintstalling and reinstalling and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
