RSWRUN caused error in RSWRUN.EXE

I keep getting this error when trying to run complex reports and export the data to a DBF file. The report starts to run OK and comes up showing it is counting records but immediately the Export dialog box appears the program crashes with the error. However I can get the program to run if I restrict the amount of data by running it twice - once for the lower numbers of the URN records and once for the high numbers and then read both halves into FoxPro to create the full record set - but this is a pain! Given that exactly the same R&R Report runs when the data is restricted, surely there must be a bug somewhere? I^ve also tried the same report on other PCs with the same result.

I^ve tried exporting to a CSV file in the past but still got the same problem.
