HTML exports

Post by Martyn_(Guest) » Mon Apr 28, 2003 6:28 am

Is it possible to produce dynamic HTML reports? I have tried exporting using an executable as a cgi script. The HTML output is successful but the images are not created. I have also tried to use the activex viewer. I have tried using an exe to export the .pdi file but this has not worked. I have also tried using rswrun with a control file through a cgi script but this has also failed. Both attempts worked fine when executed through a command prompt, but failed to work through a web server. Is this possible?

Can you explain in a bit more detail what you want to do?__Do you want R&R to create HTML files that will be available on the web server?__If so do you want the request to create the HTML come from a client browser?__If so, have you looked at our RattleRR product?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes I want the request to come from a client browser and the web page to be created dynamically on the web server and sent back to the client browser.____I^ve not looked at RattleRR. Is there a trial version available?

You can demo the product on line and all of the documentation is also available for review.__There is not a demo version but the product if purchased comes with a 30 day money back offer so that you can try and then return the product if it does not suit your needs.____Kathleen__R&R Support
