Viewer EXE: error code 2

We recently upgraded to Ver 10 from Ver 9____A set of reports we normally run via Rapid Runner gives us the above error message. Have we installed something incorrectly?____We are getting this error message____!! Cannot execute Viewer EXE: error code 2____Thanks for any help.____

Rapid Runner finds RRWRUN.EXE by using the ProgDir32= setting in the Defaults section of RRW.INI. If one is not present, you will indeed get the error 2.__Kathleen__R&R Support

Thank you very much, this worked. It looks like we have to do this on every R&R user^s PC. Why didn^t this entry get installed into the RRW.INI file during the Ver.10 client install?____Steve
