10+ Graphics Routines

I didn^t see anything about new graphics routines in 10+ for displaying graphics images. I did see something about blank BMPs and something about borders.____1. Are there new graphics drivers?__2. Has anything changed where a blank bmp file is distributed in a report?__3. Will a graphics file resize in 10+ runtime and maintain it^s aspect ratio (length/width) if it does not have the same ratio as the original file saved with the report?____Thanks,__-Pat-
