Printing problems Citrix/Win 2000

I am using R&R v10.0 in Citrix v6.31.1051 running Windows 2000 Server. I open the report that uses the ParameterRR feature in design view and try to print it. It sorts the records and as soon as it has finished sorting and is ready to send it to the printer the whole program closes. I do not get any error messages. I can open the same report, do a print preview then print the document and it works fine. I don^t get this problem with reports that don^t use the ParameterRR feature.____Any suggestions?

This is the report designer. If I send the output to preview rather than directly to the printer then I have no problems.

Yes without any problems. It is only when I print first without previewing it that I have a problem.

Try selecting the properties button from the print dialog before actually printing and see if that helps the problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I also am having problems with version 10+ printing under Citrix. I receive an access violation on rrwrun.exe for anyone who is not an administrator. Preview works fine but if you try to print from the preview or straight to the printer you receive a Dr. Watson error on rrwrun.exe.____Please help.

Could I please ask how you have R&R installed on the Citrix Server?__We loaded the server portion on an application server and then did a workstation install on the Citrix Server. __Is this how you have it set up, or do you have the whole system on the Citrix Server?__
