need only 1 record set

I have created a report to print off tags that are created in a report in our front-end database software. ____When I specify for the R&R report to print tags for report# XXX, it prints out 4 sets of every tag w/o any sort of page break.____I have inserted a Page break band line at the bottom of my report, and I have specified that it should only print one copy under "Format > Record Layout".____How can I get it to print only one set of the tags, instead of 4?

Group by the tag number and then place your data on a tag footer rather than on a record band.______Kathleen__R&R Support

I tried doing what you suggested, but then my data did not print out in two columns as I had specified in the Record Layout screen, and it is still printing 4 copies of the data.. even when I have it grouped by tag number, and specify that it only prints once.____Please Help - thanks
