I have several times in the past tried to reproduce this problem in our test lab so that we can indeed treat it as a bug to be fixed but I have been un-successful in having it fail...____Kathleen__R&R Support

Per an earlier message I think it has something to do with the default printers as we had been using R&R ok until we changed the names of our printers on the server.____Can this be replicated in the lab ?____Regards____Ian
