shortcut maker utility not working

Hello,__We had a server crash on us recently and had to make another computer a server to replace (no backup domain controller). Several users on the system had R&R shortcuts to various reports that now cannot be reconfigured to use the files on the new server. Whenever the path is updated it gives a no results or does not execute. Any ideas?

Which path is being updated?__Did you switch servers and then install R&R on the new server?____Kathleen__R&R Support

The shortcut to the report is being updated to point to the new server. RR was installed on the new server, before that the new server was a client machine. So everything on the old server was put on the new server and made a primary domain controller.
