R&R version 9.0 -- Access violation error

We are on network computers here...each person having different access rights per their user ID. Version 8.1 worked fine on the "community" computer that we use; we just log in with our own user ID and run a report. But, after installing version 9.0, when one closes the program a Dr. Watson error states there has been an error with RRW.exe and the program will close. Upon clicking "Help" it states there was an access error violation and there are a set of digits or allocations. Has anyone else experienced this with the new version?

Do users have the rights to install a printer?__What may be happening is that the R&R PDF printer driver is not being installed so we crash on exit when we try to remove it.____Rename the file CDINTF.DLL in the R&R directory and this problem should disappear.______Kathleen__R&R Support
