viewer not working properly

The viewer executable is not showing all the report in some of our rr reports (it only shows the summary on some of the reports). I compared all the configurations between those that work and those that don^t and they^re all the same. All the suppression checkboxes are not checked in both the record layout and group sort menus. ?????

Can you open the report in the designer on one of the problem machines?__That would give you more options on troubleshooting what might be wrong.____Kathleen__R&R Support
