RR report viewer

Hi there____I^m hoping you can shed some light on a problem I^ve come across with RR version 9 and Windows XP professional.____When running a RR report I get the message "RR report viewer has encountered a problem and needs to close." ____The strange thing is this doesn^t occur on all Win XP machines or even for all RR reports run on a particular Win XP machine. ____Has anyone ever come across this before?____Sarah

1. Make sure a default printer has already been chosen on the workstations. This can sometimes be the cause.__2. Are the users Power Users versus ADMIN on their workstations ? If so, you may need to work with the rights on the files.__3. Check the network rights on the files if running off a network.__
