RR v10+ Stepup

I recently received the stepup cd; when I try to install it on Win2k SP4 with v10 installed, running upgrade.bat just brings up a Microsoft setup window complaining about bad syntax.____The command being issued is:__setup.exe -fupgrade.ins____I explored the files; I can^t open readme.rtf because word 2000 complains its a bad file and I tried opening rrsetup.hlp but it says it can not find roboex32.dll, even though this is in the winntsystem32 directory.____Do I have a bad CD or is there something really wrong with my original v10 install?____Thanks,__Steve
