delayed close message on windows xp

i get the delayed close message on some windows xp pcs on my network that says rr report designer xbase edition needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience. it is not on all machines. i tried renaming the cdintf.dll as suggested in another post but that did not seem to work. the main problem machine is a compaq nx9010 laptop any suggestions

Make sure that there are no other instances of CDINTF.DLL on the problem machines.____Kathleen__R&R Support
