Pure Virtual Function Error

Every time I try to save a particular report with a different network printer, I get an error with "HPBLEBC.DRV" at the top and "Pure Virtual Function Called" in the message box. This generates a GPF and I am kicked out of R&R. Any ideas what is going on? I am trying to save using R&R version 8.1

The error is coming back from the driver and is not one that I have seen before.__I would save it with another printer.____Kathleen__R&R Support
