Problem with setPrinter

Hi,__i have problems setting the printer via the dll interface.__My Printername is:____"\ibsfileHP LaserJet 8100 Series PCL6 / Front Office"____and the retourned error message is:____"Invalid value width for RI_WPTR".____Please help me to find out the length limit and what i can do to overcome this problem programatically.____Thanks__Kerschenbauer Wolfgang

Which version of R&R are you using? I believe that the width has been expanded in the latest update.____Kathleen__R&R Support
