XLS Export for record copies

IT Services____I have the number of record copies set according to another field in the dbf. When I preview or print the report, it replicates the record line according to the field indicating the number of times to print (i.e, field=3 then record line prints 3 times). However, when I export the record line to xls it only prints the record line 1x -- how do I correct this so will export same as is previewed?____Thank you!
