Printer problem, image problem

I am running R&R 10+ build 10.1.001. This build most of the time crashes when a printer is interactively selected. A known problem, that has been solved in build 10.1.003. Eventually, in this build the image support libraries have been changed, causing a much worse quality of the printed logo (a JPG file).__Is there a way to solve the crash problem without degrading the quality of my bitmaps ?__

And you are indeed using all of the latest image support files and the latest RRPD.DLL?____Kathleen__R&R Support
