BIG Image problems

Yikes - I have jpg images that are color coded to a master key but R&R is changing the colors when it prints (and shows onscreen)____My light blue is coming out yellow - my dark blue is coming out rust colored. Greens aren^t too far off but the others are out to lunch.____Also, the zoom setting is distorting the images.____

Check the version of your RRW.EXE and your RRPD.DLL and let me know which they are.____Sometimes you will see this problem if these two are out of synch.____Kathleen__R&R Support

rrw.exe - modified Friday August 01, 2003 build 10.1.002____rrpd.dll - modified thursday, June 19, 2003____Only install of R&R is version 10+ installed from CD serial number xxxxxx about two months ago.____thanks____John
