Windows 2000 and default printer

I have several customers running Windows 2000 and they get error messages before the printer selection displays when trying to print. If they select their network printers as a default, the print dialog doesn^t even come up. If they select the acrobat printer as the default, everything seems to print OK. I am sorry Kathleen, I rechecked the version and it appears he is running 9.0.9.0 Sql. Would this version be the problem?____Dan.

I would certainly try 10.1.003 instead. We did address several printing issues in this release.______Kathleen__R&R Support
