Export to HTML and send via MAPI

I keep getting the error message "R&R, Xbase Edition has encountered a problem and needs to close". I tried to export to different format (text and rtf) and they were fine but once I checked the send via MAPI box and using bursting report, I got the error message. If I sent the entire reprot then it is fine. Is this a known problem or is there anything I need to do to use email bursting?____Also, when I select send burst report, the auto send check box was automatically checked and I cannot uncheck it. How can I uncheck the auto send box? Thanks.

Burst reports have to have autosend enabled.____Are there any images in your report? That will indeed cause an HTML export to crash I am afraid. But without images, HTML via MAPI should work fine.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I removed the image files from the report and tried to burst to either HTML or RFT and both of them I got the same error message. The export file was created but the email failed.

I removed all the graphics from the report and export/burst it to RTF. After RTF file was created, I got an error message that R&R was terminated and no email generated. Please help. Thanks.
