Missing dll snbd6w9s.dll

Just added a new user to use RRW runtime only printing. We get this message. It is a file on my windowssystem32 directory. What is it and how do I make it available to everyone.____What is it needed for. I don^t see it in the runtime distribution list.

The snowbound libraries were used before we switched over to the leadtools libraries. So you must be using a pre- 10.1.013 exe and have a image in your report. In this case this file would be required.____Kathleen__R&R Support
