INI file and Citrix

I am running a citrix farm with a home grown application across 4 servers with R&R Version 8. I have just started experienceing a new problem. When a user first logs onto server A, he can run reports and they function properly. If he logs out of Citrix and the next time he logs on he goes to server B, he cannot run reports. If however, he reconnects to server A, he can run reports fine. The only fix for this is to delete the rrw.ini from his profile, he can then run reports from server B, but if he logs out and reconnects to a different server (server A) he cannot run reports unless we delete the rrw.ini file again. Does anyone have any thoughts or possible fixes?____Thanks

No error message appears. It just never opens and generates the report unless they are on the server that they originally logged onto.
