Print a report

Here^s my problem:__Im user of the R&R for windows Version 8.0__Im running a report with the runtime of the R&R Version 8.0; i can see it in the preview screen, and when i send it to the printer it seems that the report was actually queued in the printer job list but nothing its printed.__I tried running the same report with the same runtime just typing rrwrun in a console and then the report works fine.__I notice that when I can^t print, the icon of "Print Current page" of the report preview its inactive.__Why its inactive that icon?__I have all the necesary files to play the runtime.____Thx.
