Documenting R&R report Templates

R&R is embedded in a HR application we use. I need to document a set of reports. Any tools available?

I noted the section in the help files regarding printing but when I go the file-->print from the main menu, the option to print the report specs does not appear. Might the software publisher who embedded R&R have disabled this function?

In the File Print dialog there should be a Print what: box at the lower left whose default will be Report. If you click the arrow, the it should list the choices Test Pattern and then Report Specification.____Kathleen__R&R Support
