locked out users

We have 10 user licenses of 10+ and all are used. Users will show up as active even though they are not. That, and users showing up twice in the rruser list, locks out legitimate users. How do we avoid this problem and having to reset the user list?____Thank you____Eric

Run the user management program and unlock all of the serial numbers.__Then experiment with given users going into the program and then exiting and monitor through the user management to see if things are working correctly.____The only time that a serial number should remain locked would be if you shut down the machine without properly exiting from R&R.____Kathleen__R&R Support
