Cannot match printer

Hello. We are having some problems here with RnR Version 9 and a printer. We distribute a VFP app running RnR reports through a OCX control dropped on a form. We had a client call us today with issues using a Lexmark T630 double tray printer. The printer is defaulted to printing from tray 2, as assigned in the control panel. However, when running an RnR report, they receive an error when trying to print to tray 2:__Cannot match printer or port in control file__They can print from tray 1.__This there a setting for this?__How can I help my clients?__TIA__Amanda Pennell Systems Analyst and Technical Support__Harrisburg Project

Are you setting the printer name via the OCX or are you allowing the user to select the printer interactively?____Kathleen__R&R Support

We use default the printer selection to the default printer from the control panel, but the user can select the printer interactively if desired. The printer is selected in the control panel to use the second tray by default, however if they simply select to use that printer it will only print to the top tray. If they interact with the printer through the report to force the second tray, they get the error.
