RR Version 10 Run time error

Installing rr10 runtime on a customer site to put bitmap in a report generates a runtime error when the report completes or closes. ____RRwrun.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.____I have a couple of questions:____1. Where is the error log created? Other than runout.dbf with does has any errors in it. ____2. How do I fix it.____Thanks for your support____Keith

Make sure that you have the most recent leadtools image support files on your machine.____These can be downloaded from website.____Kathleen__R&R Support

We are have the same problem with this runtime error.____The CDINTF.DLL file has been deleted off of all PCs running RRW and RSW. ____It was mentioned that this file is the main cause of the "rsw.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows." message. What are some other causes?____Where are the error logs?

The error log is the generic windows application error log and may not be that helpful in determining the cause of the error.____Do you see the problem with some or all reports?____What happens if you double click the runtime executable in explorer and then manually select the report?____Kathleen__R&R Support
