French Characters

Hello everyone,____I was wondering if R&R XBase Edition Version 9.0 supports french characters. The french characters are being replaced by a sign. We have a bilingual environment and would like to know if there is a work around for this. Changed keyboard settings to French but still receive the error.____Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to edit the file RRW.SRT that is in the R&R program directory.__Then remove the semicolon from the start of the line that reads:__;DBCHARS=ANSI____Save the file, re-start R&R and you should see your characters correctly displayed.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I remove a semicolon and get a following error: Invalid setting on line 44 on RR.SRT____Can anybody help me?____Thank you

Is line 44 indeed the one that says:__DBCHARS=ANSI____Kathleen__R&R Support
