Gen PDF automatically w/no prompts

We^re still using Arpeggio and need to generate a PDF file automatically. The report is set up to default to the printer and the selected printer is Acrobat Distiller. It works if the user is prompted to enter the filename.pdf in the save as window. If I set the ri_wptr = Acrobat Distiller and ri_outfile = c: eportsfilename.pdf (for example), the file is generated, but is just a text file with printer codes, not an actual pdf. Is there a workaround for this? Or will it only work with 10+ and the PDF Export driver installation?

You could configure the distiller to not prompt for a filename and could leave RI_OUTFILE blank. The distiller will then create a valid PDF whose name is the name of the report.__Or you could upgrade and use the R&R PDF Export driver that ships with V10 .______Kathleen__R&R Support
