User Management error message

We have R & R Report Writer 10.1.003, and a single user license. I have tried numerous times to get pre-existing reports I have created to work on another terminal in my company via our T-1 network and get this message. There are no known file rights restrictions in our Novell 6.0, and we are not trying to use the program, but just the Viewer program. The call is to the :RR directory on our server. RRW.LIC file is in the root of the :RR directory. Got any great ideas?____Thanks,____david

If you are running the 10.1.003 viewer, it should not try to use an R&R license unless you are using the /M switch on the command line.__Note that there was a license problem in the initial release of 10.1 so check that you are indeed using 10.1.003.____Kathleen__R&R Support
