Slow opening reports

I^m having a problem with users on Win98 workstations accessing runtime R&R v10+ reports on a Win2000 server having the reports take a long time to open - a minute or so. Users on XP workstations opening the same reports don^t seem to have these issues so I^m assuming its related to Win98. Anyone had something similar happen to them or any ideas?____Thanks.

Is a printer set in RI_WPTR in the control table that is used to run the reports?____Kathleen__R&R Support

No, there is no printer set in the RI_WPRT field.

Try setting RI_WPTR to DEFAULT and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
