Error using Export HTML Burst

Hello,__I am reciving an error when I click on Export____The Error is "Cannot load printer library file rrhtml.dll"____I go to Master Table/Export/HTML/Check send via MAPI/Send Burt Report/then setupfields and when I click export the errror pops__Thanks__Steve

I was able to get rid of the DLL error by replacing it with another one. __Now that the erorr is gone R&R seames to got thru the motions just fine yet the email was never received/sent? This is version 9.0.007__Will a sent record be populated in Outlooks sent folder aslo? __Thanks for you help.__Should we upgrade to the latest version?__Thanks__Steve

Thanks, I have installed the sevice pack to 9.0.009__When I click export everything looks like is is going to work and then I get an application error on rrw.exe. I click ok and the R&R app closes out.__Is there a version 9.1?____Any help would be great.__Thanks__Steve
