Printer crashes

One user with a Konica Minolta 2300DL Printer cannot print my R&R Reports with images.____Anyone have any experience with this issue ??____Thanks____Oh Yeah - got the latest drivers etc etc____

I have no experience with this driver. Without an image does the report print correctly?____Kathleen__R&R Support

All other reports print fine - these two reports are the only ones with an image____I^ll try and get the user a copy without images and see what happens____thanks____John

Appears to be another Win-XP-Service Pack 2 problem____If I can glean any additional information I will pass it along____Thanks__
