Print Spooler Errors

In our custom system using R&R 8.1, our client is getting a Dr. Watson Error on several NT 4.0 workstations "R&R Xbase: General print spooler error." The client does not get this error printing from other programs. The same system at our office seems to be fine.____The client has a Netware 5.0 network and is using Netware Directory Print Services for printing management. This system has been running for a long time and the errors have started occurring in the past 2 months.____Could there be R&R dll or runtime corruption?____Thanks for any help you can give me.

Something must have changed in their environment if this was working before that time.____Potentially you could try a different printer driver and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

What issues/conflicts are there with R&R in a Netware enviroment? It seems like all of our client^s that have problems with R&R are on a Netware network.____Are there problems with R&R using Netware Directory Print Services(NDPS)?__

Wondering if anyone got a decent answer regarding the print spooling errors - I am having the same problem and have tried everything! It seems to print up until the last page or two and then just quits -

I^m also getting this error with version 8.1 printing to Hp laserjet 4 printers
