Print Tray Xerox

I have used R&R for about 12 years and II tried every trick I know__however R&R does not respect the Tray selections of the __Xerox DC250 PCL6. Is this a bug, is there a workaround.____R&R xBase Version 10+__Windows XP

This is indeed a bug. On some printers tray selection does not work correctly. There is currently not a workaround.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi,__ Do You have any idea what is causing this tray selection problem?______I have another angry client with his new printer demanding for double-side printing. Printer tray selection related questions our support people face every week. Currently we use HP LJ III drivers for HP printers to send print job to default tray what means that all new features on those printers are not available...____Could You please move this problem a little bit forward in Your todo list? __ ______>Hi, __> is there a way to select Default tray on printer? It is listed on the open issue list in the 11.1.007 README file (right after the lengthy list of what we have actually fixed) so we are not sweeping these problems under the table and trying to forget about them.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hello,__ just maybe it could help You fixing this...____Tested with our HP LJ 2300 and seems that Printer settings are not passed (do^nt know how it^s possible) to R&R. I have "Print on both sides" and "Tray 2" selected in printer properties when I look in "Printers and Faxes " XP folder.__If I inspect printer properties from R&R printing dialog I see default values there ("Print on both sides" not selected and "Automatically select" for tray selection). (Last update I found is 11.0.006 at the moment..)__________
