Print Current Page

R&R version 10 sql addition running on Citrix.____User runs a report and then presses the Print current page icon. Nothing happenes except the report closes. This one happens for a couple of users in the company using the same reports. I asked her to change her default printer and that didn^t work. Citrix uses the printer on the user^s workstation but I thought changing the default printer would fix that problem. Any clues?

Does printing the whole report work? Does it occur for all pages of all reports?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Printing the whole report works fine. User is working from home on an XP machine and says she doesn^t want to print the whole report because she is low on toner and has a weak printer.
