Printer dialog

Hi ____I purcahsed R&R V10+ last year but have only recently installed it, and now I have the following problem____I set the following 3 parameters in the control dbf:____RI_Report = Myreport__RI_Printer = D__RI_Wptr = ?____The printer dialog does not appear so that the user can choose a printer.____IF I use a text control file and set the same parameters to the same values then the printer dialog does appear. Is this a bug in R&R and if so, is there a fix for it or a work around______regards ____jimmy____

Are you absolutely sure that the field is indeed named RI_WPTR? That would be the only reason it might not appear that I can think of.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi Kathleen____Thank you for your quick response.____Yes I am quite sure. I can send you an e-mail of the dbf if you want.____I hope you will be able to resolve this problem as using a text control file is not an option for me. I really do need to use the dbf control file option.____regards____jimmy__
